We need to move beyond just simply screening for psychosocial factors. We need to be able to take the unique components of someone's story and co-construct a treatment narrative that helps them make sense of their situation and gets them moving back to what matters to them in their life. This must be the narrative that carries forward throughout care, not simply on eval day. How do you keep the conversation going throughout care?
