@AmericanAir pls help. Try to book ticket online, website keeps crashes. Spk to 2 diff AA reps (1st one hangs up on me) 2nd tells me to go back to earlier page. System times out. Speak to new rep who won’t honour fare and refuses to escalate to supervisor. Have screenshot of fare

@IHGService Diamond member, trying to use free reward night. Apparently you've changed terms but not notified anyone. Have spent weeks talking to call centre staff who don't know what to do or hang up. Supervisor unable to escalate. Is there anyone that can actually help?

@Eurosender Absolute shocking lack of service. Have been waiting for a parcel to be collected for 4 weeks! You refuse to refund the fee. The worst logistics company I have ever encountered by far.

@British_Airways It was booked! But had to change something and was told the only option was to cancel it and rebook. You released two seats that I needed at a higher price, even though there was one seat available at a lower price. Very unfair

@British_Airways extremely unhappy with your pricing system and revenue team. Gold exec member that books a lot of premium tickets yearly. Issue with the system, have to rebook a seat (done so within 24hr) and you refuse to honour the initial fare even with plenty of availability

@JohnLewisRetail Shocking service. Ordered a TV 8 weeks ago, gave incorrect dates for installation, finally turn up and sold wrong bracket. Now being told that next installation 30th Dec. 10 weeks from purchase. Customer service unhelpful and not really caring. Help please.

@mbna How can I get a block lifted from my credit card without holding for over an hour? Am overseas currently. Have tried numerous times to get through to you but constant holding means I've hit my mobile call limit (which is several hundred £)

@AvantiWestCoast it will be a miracle if this whole train doesn’t end up with covid. No one is wearing a mask. Even the conductor has removed his to have a chat. Travelling from Mcr, a virus hotspot. Unbelievable.

@AmazonHelp Still waiting for AZS to get in contact. 72hr+ since I first contacted you. Now on the 3rd chat and am being told to wait another 24-48hr before AZS will get in contact with me. How can this be so prolonged? Ridiculous. I just want to return a phone that I didn't order

@AmazonHelp You refunded this order against my wishes, then you actually send out another phone days later after charging my card without auth. Trying to return this, can't do this automatically, speak on chat, someone will contact me within 24hr, this hasn't happened, this is a joke

@AmazonHelp I've not received any contact yet but have now received a 2nd email stating refund. You confirmed the order so entered into contract. I believe you cancelling may be against trading stds. Please can you tell me who will get in contact and how? Was the refund notice a mistake?

@AmazonHelp No idea why refund offered. You’ve failed to send a phone. It has been at final delivery stage for days with no further tracking. I have repeatedly said no refund as prime day deal
