These things I believe... - All humans should be exercising 2hrs/d for basic fitness (competitive sport demands more) 🚴‍♂️ - The vast majority of these hours should be <70% max HR, i.e. eazzzy. 🫀 - *In addition to this* you should include a lot of regular incidental movement interspersed throughout the day - take the stairs etc. - Nutrition should reflect & support the training, i.e. A LOT of food with an emphasis on "real foods" & balanced macros. 🥩🥦🥑🥔🥕🥒🥗🍓🥥 - Quiet time in nature is a human need 🌲🚶‍♂️ - Sleep is essential & most days shouldn't have you woken by an alarm clock. 💤🛌 If you don't share these beliefs, feel free to drift off.

It's honestly deeply disturbing how Legacy Media will outright lie about self-driving Teslas killing people in order to generate ad revenue. Especially when the opposite is true - Tesla self-driving technology saves lives. A lot of them. In the near future we're going to look back and be shocked that there existed a time where media publications would be comfortable killing people in exchange for boosted ad revenue. Disgusting.

Tesla has just officially confirmed that the driver of the Model 3 that crashed into a home in Texas manually overrode the vehicle's self-driving system by pressing the accelerator pedal. The vehicle struck the home at 73 mph. A lot of mainstream media wrongly mislead people

The latest NHTSA report has just come in. Tesla reported one new incident this month. It occurred earlier in April, when the Robotaxi was stopped and rear-ended by a truck. Tesla is therefore not at fault. The previous report already listed two other incidents in March in which the Robotaxi was also stationary and rear-ended. As a result, there have been zero incidents since the beginning of February 2026 in which the Robotaxi was at fault. Let that sink in! Zero incidents where FSD was at fault for the last four months (June’s data will be released next month). I’ve attached a simplified view of the NHTSA data if you’d like more details. @elonmusk @aelluswamy Amazing job! You guys are cooking!
