6/ so maybe we should be kind & actually praise the tremendous efforts of people in Sydney to partially tame this while vaccines kick in. Of course there are rulebreakers but there always will be. And recognise there’s a limit to how hard we should go. This goes for Vic too

@VirginAustralia WOW 😮 Virgin accepted our booking, took our money - and cancelled our flight. Now their policy is (because they are in Admin) to keep our money, and only offer credits for use within 12 months. What a rort??!! Sell tickets. Cancel flights. Keep the cash. BEWARE

Hey @VirginAustralia YOU changed our flight schedule. I’ve phoned (repeatedly), emailed, and looked for other means of contact. HOPELESS !!! It has been more than 2 weeks of trying ??!!! COVID is not an excuse to treat customers with utter disdain.

@FOXTEL_Help I changed packages via the app during the week. Now I’ve lost channels that should be available, can receive movies when I cancelled them, AND MY BILL ARRIVED & I’M BEING BILLED FOR EVERYTHING ??!!!

@telstra @foxtel Anyone know an email address that I can use to register an issue with our Foxtel with Telstra package ? The app, the website, and the phone ALL funnel me to standard format questions and answers. USELESS !!!
