@HJB_News__ Great move resisting. Used to teach US paratroopers how to restrain PWs. clas practical was a 105lb female MP in tshirt, jeans, and sneakers with a “chaperone” to prevent grab-ass. She was to resist being cuffed, passive only. Best was 7 Inf Paratroopers, called it at 20mins.

@MaygerSarge @thinkdefence Point. But bigger is not only better. I can remember when the Rangers and 82nd Inf Bns did not have the vehicles (numbers of, not types) they have now. While the ATVs are cool, I have to question the the increased logistics though.

@thinkdefence The Frieda 18 looks like a knock off of the M-274. It would have better suspension and a better engine. Saw the original in the Marines. It could roll out of a CH-53 or a CH-47 drop cargo & PU wounded roll back on the birds.

@usawtfm I know who this guys Dad is!!! His Dad was the Cdr HHC 82nd Avn Bn in the early 80's!!!! His Company failed an IG inspection. In formation he told the Co (including the all the CWO's) that HE was NOT going to fail the reinspection. Sadly the results were worse in the reinspection

@thinkdefence I don’t believe many people in the UK have experience fighting wildfires - forest or prairie as we do in the US or Canada. Out of necessitation since WWII money for permanent wild fire crews and contracting companies have been created. State Active Duty (SAD) for NG and ANG also.
