The filter changes at the catch and finish positions represent the main rhythm which determines the stroke rate. The dots represent the beats found during the drive and recovery phases of the stroke. By tuning in to these rhythms as we row, the movement becomes more enjoyable
Rowing fundamentals 2.0 This is a practice anyone can learn regardless of physical condition. Once we understand our objectives on the rower, we'll then move on and work them into the other movements.
