Besides the Raj disclose, I have a hard time understanding why someone would place a significant order with Butterworth. Their lease runs for a year and the kinks are still being ironed out. Now Raj is gone. There is a very good argument that the Malaysian experiment end and the technology be licensed to one of the big battery manufacturers. It's a high volume low margin biz. Just because you have a better mousetrap doesn't mean you need to make it.
$ELME is trading at $1.62. The company estimates another $1.74–$1.94/share will be distributed as it finishes liquidating. That’s 7%–20% upside from here. Elme Bethesda just sold for ~$59M, Riverside is under contract for $250M, and the remaining DC assets are under contract.
