@smarkreilly Prestonian was recently built nearby, by a private developer. Why would a medically-focused PPP prioritize housing in the middle of medical bldgs in a loud, bustling hospital district? Totally agree with the need for housing. But also for areas of respite. Have you been?

@aaron_renn As someone who came here “temporarily” and stayed, I can confirm that it’s a great life-*time* destination. I agree that Derby is crass short-lived exploitation of the things we do well. But we’re lovely year-round and trying to be consistently better without blowing up.
