Mitchell is exactly the type of player who shines in pad-less offseason practices. He has consistently fallen short of matching his production with his physical ability, though — 👉 at Georgia, 👉 at Texas (trailing Xavier Worthy, landing in Round 2) 👉 with Colts Fine as a late best ball guy. I have no interest otherwise.

Several thoughts here ... 1) Any hype/buzz is worth noting in unclear situations, especially when the competitors are new guys. So Boston out-buzzing Concepcion early is interesting. 2) This is also a good time of year for a contested-catch type, because things are a lot less physical. Really, passing in general is the focus right now. You can't do much real run-game work -- besides installing -- without pads and real blocking. 3) Be careful about taking anything in Cleveland TOO seriously. Besides Harold Fannin Jr. That dude serious.

Literally started this whole thing by saying I hope he gets pushed up in ADP and said separately that he's fine at cost in best ball. He's just not a player to get excited about.
