My amendment for voter ID + Proof of Citizenship has been officially filed to be considered for an amendment to the NDAA. It is amendment 1388. It is NOT possible to add the SAVE America Act to reconciliation. It would fail miserably with the Byrd Rule. House leadership has direct decision-making authority over whether or not this will be added to the NDAA. The idea that this can’t be done is false, and if there is going to be a request for my vote on the rule, they need to allow this to come to the floor.

Sort of amazing that European “net zero” policies won’t do squat to stop climate change. Might as well install the A/C and quit virtue signaling. Also, heatwaves are no more evidence of climate change than cold snaps are evidence against it. It’s summertime. It’s weather.

Quick status update. Lawsuit is still active in the MI Court of Claims. MDOS admitted they overcharged MI Grassroots Alliance and issued a check for what they assert is the amount we were overcharged. They also submitted some supplemental records that were not provided initially. Deliberations continue, however, as there are still points of difference on these and other topics in the lawsuit. Not fun...unless you like watching paint dry (which I don't).
