Successfully exercised one set of preps back in January, lost power for over 18 hours. Ended up using Wood Stove/Oven for the rest of the winter. Now going to have to test food stocks while looking for new job.

@Amazon Support can't manage to handle an in Warranty RMA because they are out of stock of the item in question and want me to call back in a week or so to initiate the hardware replacement? A Global Logistic minded company who can't handle a straight forward support ticket? 1/2

@AmazonHelp I was told that since the item was listed "out of stock" to call back in a week. That doesn't inspire customer loyalty that you can't do a support ticket today and set up the warranty replacement for when you do have available stock.

That feeling when you hear that a recent finding from a PenTest engagement has been reported to the Vendor as a bug, and possible CVE..... (suspect that if it does result in a CVE the credit will go to the customer's IT team).

@shortxstack A week is way to short. Not sure what current employer's policy is. Place I used it at was two weeks (I would add a week of PTO) when we had our kids. They later increased it to six weeks.
