@SavingSessions @OctopusEnergy How do you calculate if a customer took part or not in a saving session? I've got solar and batteries, so don't draw from the grid most of the time. I set my system to export in the 15th Sept session and exported 1kWh, but according to Octopus I didn't take part.

Hi .@MartinSLewis @OctopusEnergy have moved my dd date from the 20th to 1st without telling me. So took £180 at end of July, then £120 2 weeks later on 3rd of Aug and again 1st of Sept. Even the most "customer focused" 🙄 'your pal' type companies are greedy corporate bullies.

@KateFantom @OctopusEnergy Have you completely eliminated gas? Assuming you have have you’ll be saving around £2k per year. Panels, decent size battery, heat pump would cost circa £15k to install…replace maybe every 15-20 year?
