@DavidLat What I meant is, how did Wachtell find out he was supposed to be part of the group going to Gibson? If the group told Wachtell pre-incident, fine. But if someone told Wachtell post-incident, after Gibson rescinded, so as to make him staying at Wachtell untenable, that’s a shiv.
