@mattyglesias It's why I think YIMBY getting so mad at ST is wrong. Massive upzonings risk backlash. Incremental upzoning "X building must not be >10% taller than the largest building within X ft" seems the best. I'm sure there is some Planning Professional who can tell me why that can't work.

@mnolangray @realTWB52 @judgeglock I was advised to get "at least 10%" because that's when you can waive the VA Funding Fee. I didn't pursue it, because of this reason. Morally/psychologically didn't seem right, even if I legitimately could have. Using up some of my body was part of the trade off going in.
