@sazza_jay @SocialElsie The point of it is putting more of a focus on the North in general. Just look at HS2, cancelled at Birmingham. If it was being built North to South you can be damn sure that project would be getting completed no matter the cost. Infrastructure outside London? Hah, no.

There's a reason that in terms of England the government is seen as extremely London/South East focused. Which also happens to be why he's done this

The only way that would work is either by setting Ghost Rider in 2016, which is pointless, or recanonising AoS as being set after Secret Wars which doesn't work because of film tie in episodes

AoS isn't going to be made canon again, as it was canon at the time of release but then after S4 everything TV related went a bit too askew to keep properly

@politigaymer It's the same with the stones, outside AoU (Avengers film so not surprising) you had GotG and Doctor Strange, plus a TDW post-credit scene (that was filmed last second). They're all of the stones direct plot points pre-Infinity War, with TFA and Avengers retconned by later films

It's in Manchester as it's part of the 62 corridor where most people in "The North" live. Would you like it next door to Holyrod instead?
