Where in your emotional life have you mistakenly assumed that God is absent simply because things feel broken, messy, or unresolved?
As coaches of young athletes, it’s important to remember that our language becomes their inner language. Make perseverance and resilience their normal. The words you choose today can become the voice they carry with them for years to come.
Stress is inevitable. Staying stuck in it isn’t. The weight of stress and anxiety often shows up in our posture before it shows up in our performance. The goal isn’t to avoid stress—it’s to learn how to manage it productively.
Majority of my day is spent paying attention to language. Body language and the words we choose. Feedback surrounds us if we pay attention.
Master your emotions and you will master your craft.

Thinking that your way is the only ideal way, is an ego trap that leads to pushing others away.
To love well is to appreciate another’s approach to life.
