@waynetunks The backup speed is capped to avoid congesting the mobile network when NBN's affected over a wider area, so streaming live video up/down is hit and miss. Thanks for understanding. NBNco will have it back on as soon as they can. - Matthew.

@OvrgrwnDwrf that's certainly frustrating. If your 'mobile signal' light on the Smart Modem is red, that indicates it has low coverage. If data connection is too slow to connect, try calling our Faults team on 132200. - Ivan
