@GWRHelp when I asked the Paddington guard at the gate if I could get the 9:03 to Plymouth with my ticket, he said ‘yes’. This was incorrect, so I’m now being forced to either pay excess of £78 or get off at Taunton. Original ticket was £128 return. Can you help here please?
