If you are considering having chimney work done by Elite Chimney Solutions (aka Elite Home Solutions) out of Warwick, you should reconsider. I hired them to do about $7,500 of repairs/sealing to my chimney. They did an incredibly sloppy and incomplete job, overspraying sealer up to 20 feet from the chimney, getting it on my hot tub cover, all over the side of the house, and over 3 compressors adjacent to the chimney. They didn't cover anything that needed to be protected, and apparently, the guy with the sealer thought it would be fun to use the sprayer like a water gun. The photo of my window shows just how much sealant they got all over everything. The compressor beneath this window also got shellacked and has to be replaced. They caused more than $6,500 in damage. I have to prime and repaint the side of the house, replace the hot tub cover, replace a mini-split condenser, and clean the other two compressors. They offered me $2,000. I won't even get into the other work they did in a half-assed way - yet. I will also wait to tell you about their thoughts on the damage done to my house. I would love to know if you had a similar issue with them. I'll be taking them to court, the AG, the state contractor's board, and the BBB. According to Yelp (which I did not read before hiring them), this happens often with this company. I'll share more photos later on.
