@waitrose remind me again of your policy on substitutions ... if I order say 400g of something and you give me less than 3/4 of that and charge me full price for the 275g package how does that a) substitute the quantity I ordered and b) maintain the lower price?

@homeprotect_uk Is there actually anybody at home there? More than 4 weeks since I submitted a claim and I have heard nothing despite chasing, not a sausage, your claim of 2-3 days appears utter rubbish.@financialombuds you can expect a complaint.
