@Ask_Spectrum @BN9 @GetSpectrum it’s disgusting you are attempting to charge customers who have been displaced from their homes by Milton a monthly fee to “hold” your services. I’ll be cancelling and promise we’ll be switching to a new provider when our home is restored

@Ask_Spectrum I would also like to mention when i originally called I was told a disaster declaration would be used so I didn’t have to pay, only to be called weeks later and told no I needed to pay a “seasonal membership” fee or some profiteering term/tactic to hold my account

@Ask_Spectrum My “billing concern” is that my home was flooded in Milton and not livable. I was told for you to hold my service I would be charged a fee. You will be providing me zero service while out of the home. We don’t have equipment to stream your services. This is heartless profiteering

@NFLSTROUD Our family lost a daughter last year to a heart defect. We notice people tend to shy away from talking or asking about her. Often, though we wish more people would. Of course, It’s painful. But she is still a part of our family. Incredible courage by Shaq to use his platform

Shaq Barrett and his family suffered a tragic loss this past weekend when they devastatingly lost their two year old daughter Arrayah Barrett to a drowning accident.
