BREAKING NEWS FROM INJECTIVE The SEC is officially looking to clear firms in enabling regulated stock perpetuals to enter the United States. This is a major turning point for American markets and a step toward bringing financial innovation back onto our shores. We welcome the work of American companies like @Kalshi to bring regulated perpetuals to the U.S., spanning digital assets and now stocks. Insurance is supposed to be boring… which may be exactly why this caught my attention. Matthew Tuttle @TuttleCap @TuttleCapital says he and Porter Stansberry have built a new ETF around a part of the business most investors overlook: “They make money on the insurance business itself ~ taking in more in premiums than they pay out in claims and expenses.” — Matthew Tuttle That’s underwriting profit. An insurer can appear profitable because it invests the premiums it holds before claims are paid. But strong underwriting means it is making money from the insurance business itself ~ not depending on investment returns to cover poor insurance decisions. That can create: 💰 More capital to invest 📈 Greater flexibility to grow 🛡️ A stronger foundation when markets become difficult The proposed fund will use a rules-based approach to rank property-and-casualty insurers using specified underwriting-related metrics. The exact methodology, holdings, ticker and expenses have not been revealed yet—so there is still plenty we need to learn. But building an ETF around underwriting discipline instead of simply buying a basket of financial stocks is an interesting idea. Matthew says it launches Tuesday, September 15. Wow.. more Leopold news: Per FT, Aschenbrenner’s Situational Awareness is rebuilding aggressive tech positions across $AMD, $INTC, $SKHY, $SNDK and $CRWV while adding Clear Street as a new brokerage relationship. The fund is using large customized flex options, but Aschenbrenner has told investors and brokers he plans to run far less leverage than before.

🚨Breaking: The long end of the bond market is breaking out, and guess what ?? Big Tech(Hyperscalers) is one of two main reasons reasons !! 10Y yield: 4.9–5%, highest since Oct 2023 30Y yield: 5.2%+ (hit a 19-year high last month) Look at the attached chart 👇 Hyperscaler + ( $NVDA) 10yr+ debt as a % of Treasury bond issuance: 2015–2024: mostly under 10% 2025: 25% 2026 YTD: 45% $GOOG $MSFT $ORCL $AMZN used to fund capex from cash. Now they’re borrowing long, and competing with Uncle Sam for the same buyers. How that pushes yields up?? 1/ Same pool of money. Pensions, insurers, foreign buyers. A dollar into a 30yr hyperscaker bond is a dollar not going into a 30yr Treasury 2/ Spreads barely moved. So the market adjusted through higher Treasury yields instead. “Reverse crowding out.” 3/ Hedging. Big corporate bond deals get hedged by selling Treasuries, adding pressure right where hyperscalers issue: the long end 4/ More is coming. Capex $800B in 2026, $1T + a year through 2030. Bond markets price tomorrow’s supply today.
