@karenhchu Ouch, that sucks, Karen. While I'm truly empathetic to your loss - I just left my charging case on @United - @AirCanada is a $21.8B company with $19.5B in operating expenses, aka $37,203/minute. On the positive side, you can buy a single Apple earbud from Best Buy. Google it.

@telusmobility hi gang. My ability to record/save a greeting dissent work. I called support and now it works however when they reset the fancy tech stuff I no longe have visual voicemail. Tried calling back and can’t get assistance.
