What if you finally hit your goal that you always told yourself would be enough to set you free from the rat race forever, but you were still in your 30’s? But you’re used to managing 100+ people daily. How would you spend your time now? Would you still be able to create enough purpose through hobbies alone? In Canada dividends are taxed as income so I end up giving away almost 50% immediately. Selling options is taxed as capital gains! Meaning, only half is taxed, leaving me with 75% vs 50%. Much more profitable option 🤑👀

I can agree there’s this common attitude with Canadians right now. But if you feel this way, you just don’t fully understand your options. Not only are there plenty of entry-level, no experience required jobs paying $23+/hr (with tons of OT at $34.50/hr), but Edmonton is one of the most cost-effective places to live in Canada. If you don’t believe me, HMU and I’ll hire you tomorrow. Maybe you’re just living in the wrong location. Anyone and everyone has real opportunity here.
