California even took them to court over this geofencing pricing Prices for the same items like eggs, toilet paper and more can differ between stores and ZIP codes New York law now requires disclosure when prices are set by an algorithm using personal data. Target’s site has displayed notices such as “This price was set by an algorithm using your personal data.” This woman went into a Target store and the employees even confirmed Target is using algorithmic and dynamite pricing and it needs to be banned nationwide

It's amazing how many climate alarmists hate this graph. Notice how well the 1000-year Eddy solar cycle coincides with the "warm" periods - including today's Modern Warm Period. Ice core data do not cause solar cycles - but the reverse is obvious.

As I have said repeatedly—and Jack Smith confirmed here—Arctic Frost would have made the Jan 6 investigation look like a cakewalk. Smith was preparing to indict hundreds of GOP lawmakers, WH officials, MAGA-associated groups, influencers, and the president himself (again)—and perhaps even media organizations—under Arctic Frost. There is no federal crime related to “blocking the peaceful transfer of power”—which by the way, Jack Smith, happens on January 20, not January 6. But Smith and his team undoubtedly were collecting evidence to bring more conspiracy and obstruction charges against these individuals and groups. But by the end of 2023, Smith ran up against two potential SCOTUS roadblocks: the presidential immunity question out of the J6 case in Washington AND the Fischer decision related to the lawful use of the 1512(c)2 obstruction statute in Jan 6 cases. The latter decision, issued in June 2024, handed a blow to Smith’s effort to criminalize free speech and political activity. SCOTUS held that the post-Enron corporate fraud statute required some evidence of document tampering/destruction. That’s not, however, how the Biden DOJ applied the statute in 300+ cases—so those charges/convictions were systematically tossed. So, Smith essentially lost the ability to use 1512—which represented 2 of 4 counts in his J6 indictment against Trump and would not have survived a Fischer-like challenge before SCOTUS again—in potential Arctic Frost prosecutions. Even though Smith probably believed the “fake electors” certificates would have met the documents threshold. (Doubtful) But he likely planned to use the conspiracy against rights charge he brought against Trump to these targets. Lawmakers and WH officials and journalists were not being “spied on” or even considered potential witnesses. They were under investigation by this scumbag, his henchmen in special counsel office, and his puppet masters in the Biden DOJ and White House. This video is 100% proof of CNN deceptively editing Trump's January 6th speech. It's significant because Trump sued the BBC for doing the same thing (splicing together two sections of his speech). CNN took two clips and joined them by overlaying B-roll footage of the January 6th crowd. CNN did not use a transition to join the clips because people would then know that the clips were not successive. Instead, CNN joined it like this to make people believe that Trump said: "Nobody until I came along had any idea how corrupt our elections were. And we fight, we fight like hell." Any responsible person would watch what CNN aired and believe he said that. In fact, he did not. Sections were cut out. We all know exactly why CNN did this. Trump should sue them too.

I teach them to document. To research. To ask questions. To understand the process. To advocate for themselves. And most importantly, to find the courage to stand up when everything around them is telling them to sit down and be quiet. I took what was meant to break me and turned it into purpose.
