@upthewahs69 The Greens’ proposal is a tax on net wealth, not simply money held in New Zealand. Moving assets offshore doesn’t automatically remove them from the tax base. If you’re a NZ tax resident, your wealth doesn’t become untaxed just because the bank account or asset is overseas
