@IcelandFoods dreadful service! Order didn’t turn up despite showing delivered. Cust Serv said it’d be with me in 45m. 2hrs later still no sign, rang again and told they couldn’t check as the branch phone had now been disconnected. Stuck now, 3 hrs with no delivery and no refund!

@ThemeParkWW Thanks, been a proper bucket list road trip with lots of walking and waiting in line. I was lucky at Dollywood, Lightning Rod was having technical issues and only ran three or four times all day - I was one of the lucky few 😀

@Hermesparcels what a shocking poor service. Just had msg to say you tried to deliver a parcel when you didn’t. Your phone system offers no help. It says if I want to speak to a person check on the website which simply gives the same number! Are your trying to annoy customers

@IcelandFoods Shame do don’t reply to DMs as quickly as you do public tweets. It’s now been 2 hrs and no response. You’ve lost me as a first time customer, I now dont want to place an order, I just want confirmation that my two failed attempted orders won’t be charged or delivered

@IcelandFoods I ordered online today, went through the check out process, my credit card was approved but then didn’t get any confirmation or email. Nothing is in the order history. Does this mean the order hasnt gone through? I don’t want to order again & receive the order twice

@opodo should follow the example set by @jet2tweets. I was told my holiday was cancelled and within 3 days I’d been fully refunded. Jet2 now have a life long customer in me & I’ll tell everyone I can how great they are. Opodo on the other hand will soon have no customers left

@opodo ‘we are the largest travel agency in Europe’ Not for much longer if you continue to break the law and ignore requests for refunds. You’ve not even looked at my refund in over a month and appear to have no intention of ever doing so

@opodo you must be so pleased you’ve been ranked one of the worst travel companies in the UK, you’ll have no customer left soon which is good to hear. My refund is still showing as REQUSTED after over a month and no sign of movement or replies to my complaints

@opodo I submitted a formal complaint early June and in typical Opodo fashion it’s been totally ignored. At least your consistent, you ignore DMs, Tweets and Complaints! I’m surprised if you’ll have and customers left soon.

@IHGService Where’s my refund? I’ve now waited 90 days and still no sign of a refund. I’ve tried to ring twice however given up after waiting for over an hour. Are you trying to annoy and lose your valuable customers?
