1/ J’ai réservé mon voyage de noces avec mon mari via Opodo Prime. Mêmes vols, aux mêmes horaires, sur la même compagnie. Tout était carré. Tout était prêt. 2/ Trois mois plus tard, on nous annonce que l’un des vols partira avec 1 heure d’avance. Résultat : notre correspondance est annulée. 3/ Opodo nous propose un nouveau plan de vol. On l’accepte tous les deux,par un seul et même appel . 48 heures plus tard, mon mari reçoit la validation officielle de la compagnie. Moi ? Rien. 4/ Une semaine passe. Toujours rien. Puis Opodo m’annonce que la compagnie a refusé ma modification, alors qu’elle a accepté celle de mon mari… Pour le même vol. La même réservation. 5/ On me propose alors un autre plan de vol, différent du sien. Quand j’ai le malheur de demander à ce que nous rentrions ensemble, Opodo m’explique que : ➡️ la modification de mon mari étant validée, ➡️ il faut l’annuler, ➡️ et repayer un nouveau vol complet pour qu’on soit réunis. 6/ Je tente un compromis : « On rentre plus tôt, mais ensemble. » Aucun agent ne semble comprendre. Chaque appel repart de zéro. Des heures au téléphone. Aucune solution. Aucune cohérence. 7/ Résultat : Pour un voyage de noces, Opodo Prime nous propose de rentrer séparément, sur des vols différents, à des horaires différents. Comme si c’était normal. Comme si c’était acceptable. 8/ Ce thread n’est pas une attaque. C’est un témoignage. Parce qu’un service “Prime” ne devrait jamais laisser un couple rentrer séparément d’un voyage de noces. 9/ Mon voyage de noces tombe à l'eau, pouvez-vous m'aider? #OpodoPrime #Opodo #VoyageDeNoces #ServiceClient #Consommateurs #OpodoGate

Spent an hour and forty minutes on phone today between @bankofireland and a company I’d never heard of before Opodo after my credit card was scammed to book several flights. Be careful out there folks

@airasia and @opodo stop Trying to steal my money, and both not want to process my refund. The instructions are so clear and it takes 3 clicks of a button a neither one of you can be bothered to refund my flight that's been cancelled!!!

Think twice before booking with @Opodo. I’m still waiting for my refund after 3 months. Endless delays, no proper communication, and still no money. This has been an awful customer experience. Pay me my refund!!!! #Opodo #Refund #Travel

BEWARE OPODO PRIME TRAVEL !!!!!!!!!! You might think you’re buying a ticket from @easyJet but suddenly your card details are signed up for a subscription and you are charged £99..99 for something you don’t want and didn’t realise you were being scammed for !

@opodo hello Opodo,I recently completed a flight from Edinburgh to Stanstead booked via your company,as you failed to provide a boarding pass for the flight today 20th September,0600 hrs fro Edinburgh,I had to pay £55 to get a boarding pass from Ryanair..Appalling service…

Terrible experience with @opodo and @Ryanair. Raised complaints but they keep blaming each other. Neither is helping. They just take your money. On top of that, @Ryanair staff at @STN_Airport treated me and my elderly parents like rubbish. Yelling. Never again. Watch out everyone

opodo.co.uk tricked me into a prime membership and took money out of my account without asking me. It was all done in a slimy, underhand way that I find offensive. I don't mind paying for a good service, but I wouldn't recommend Opodo and I will keep saying this

Third parties booking travel agencies are useless and have poor services. @opodo + @eDreams are the worst one. Prime membership + extra additional fees to make sure that you get your refund for them to tell you after booking that it is now conditional to the airlines company.🤮

No o won’t be following back and tomorrow unless I get a refund in full you will be named and shamed feel free to name the CEO I’d love to have words with him. Do not book with @opodo

Never use Opodo they are a criminal company. They owe me over $3,000 for a cancelled flight 3 years ago. All I get are lies, lies, lies and more lies. Read over 1,000 terrible reviews from customers they have scammed. reviews.io/company-review… @opodo

@opodo Hi, My card is charged for a trip or services I did not book or use, I tried contacting your CS via your website but there is no option to do so unless I have an upcoming trip, kindly look into this and refund the money taken from my card. Thank you.

@support_opodo I’m receiving updates that Oppdo are attempting to take £89.99 out of my accounts again and again. I’ve removed my cards details and it still continues! I’m currently not working atm. PLEASE REMOVE MY DETAILS URGENTLY!

@opodo ripped me off. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ITS CORPORATE FRAUD. CLAIM TO SAVE YOU MONEY WHEN IN FACT THEIR PRICES ARE THE SAME AS BOOKING.COM AND THEY CHARGE YOU A SUBSCRIPTION FEE
