@Stellantis God knows how. The worst customer experience ever. Doesn’t seem to matter what car brand if it’s stellantis good luck with buying a car: full of false promises and outright lies.

@abarthuk @Stellantis don’t bother trying to buy from them. Deposit paid in December, official order the day the order books opened. Delivery was May, then July, then August then September. Dealer and customer service have no updates. Car sat at port for a month. Utter shambles

@Kent_cc incredible. No additional support for an 88 year old who took an overdose 10 days ago. His care worker is off so despite additional care visits being proposed adult care want to wait til Monday when she is back. Let’s hope he doesn’t try again over the weekend

@Kent_cc I tried that, they are the ones who think it’s ok to leave it til Monday and hopefully he won’t try again between now and his allocated worker coming back. Nothing has actually been done in the last week. Shameful.

@modernheroestv Great choice. My 18 yr old son got his first job, passed his test and went and leased a Zoe 50 Gt line for £200 a month. Great little car, lots of tech, great range as he gets free charging at work he is saving the monthly cost in not paying for the petrol an ice would need

@nsandihelp after waiting for 30 minutes on the so called "bereavement support" number i gave up, then tried chat only to get an automated chatbot that directs me to an online form. how can i complete if i dont know the account/premium bond holders number for my deceased mother!
