During these difficult times, we continue to service and repair all Megaflo systems. We follow Covid guidelines and wear masks when working indoors. This particular job was a welcome breath of fresh air: a stand-alone, fully ventilated plant room, with external access.🙂

@megaflo @megafloUnvented Have seen several Megaflo cylinders with this green sludge! This was from the T&P relief valve. With other customers, it blocks the showers/taps. Any idea what causes this and how to prevent it? Anyone else seen this?

@ssencommunity we have been notified of a power cut on Fri 13 Nov, from 9-4pm at GU12 6DY. Will all power be off for the whole period, or intermittent power cuts?

@glow_wormclub Emailed 'clubenergy-support' but no response☹. Customer has broken Climapro control. Will boiler (Energy) retain settings and continue with same DHW and HTG programme? He's worried about no hot water or heating whilst control being repaired. Can you advise?

@AqualisaShowers we have 3 flats, each with an electric Aquastream 9.5kw. It fails every 2 years - water boils and it cuts out. We replace the heat engine EVERY 2 YEARS in each flat! This has just happened again. Is a better quality direct replacement that lasts a bit longer?
