week 32 of building eSIM.dog in public: we just crossed a $1.55M annualized revenue run rate. > $29,864.61 revenue in the last 7 days (+6% WoW) > $1,557,226 / year at this pace > first payment was $9.44 our first 7 days brought in $524.81. our latest 7 days brought in $29,864.61. that’s almost 57x growth. nothing about the beginning looked inevitable. what started as an experiment in 2025 became day after day of fixing things, answering customer questions, improving the product and trying to earn the trust of travelers who had no reason to know us. there was no single moment when everything suddenly became easy. the work just kept compounding. that first $9.44 payment could have looked insignificant. today, it feels like the most important one. it proved that someone was willing to trust something we had built. i’m sharing this because beginnings are misleading. your first payment might be small. your first month might feel slow. your first version might be embarrassing. keep going anyway. we’re still early. still making mistakes. still have a long way to go. and still building in public - even when it sometimes feels like no one is watching here on X. but today, i’m taking a moment to appreciate how far one small payment has taken us. thank you to every person who trusted eSIM.dog with their trip 🐶 see you in week 33!

week 31 of building in public revenue last 7 days: $28,274.88 (+2%) = $1,474,333/year it's funny how the problems change as you grow: at $0, i had nothing to do at almost $1.5M/year, i have so much to do it feels like the real bottleneck isn't getting customers anymore, it's kinda becoming the bottleneck yourself every day feels like there are 100 important things competing for attention. you can prioritize the biggest revenue drivers but still feel like you're dropping the ball on so many things that matter overall how do you deal with this?
