@pvsubramanyam Appx distance from LA to NYC.. Was looking at same chart on my app just half an hour ago. Offers interesting insights. You have one dip in one week of march .. perhaps calculating advance tax took a lot of time 😂

@pvsubramanyam might be advisable to put money and assets in a trust with some trusted people as trustees. Think of a contingency where he looses mental capacity like alzhiemers. Real estate needs maintenance and management if given on rent. Should think of whats possible to manage for son.

@pvsubramanyam How does share price of HUL matter for Unilever? Govt would want to dilute IRCTC equity further while Unilever might want to increase stake. They might also want to delist HUL in future. Could impact Unilever ESG due to integrity issue?

@pvsubramanyam Fixed period SSNNL bonds were redeemed early forcefully, by passing a law in Legislative Assembly.The interest rate on those bonds was around 18% and the current rates had fallen to almost half of that. These bonds provided money for Narmada dam when WB etc had refused.

The person’s body could be handling protein differently, enabling better performance. Or their body is superior, performance could be inspite of diet.

@aga_pallavi Makhana is 60-70% carbs, perhaps a bit high for diabetes. Does it have low GI? A bowl shown in pic would be hardly 25 grams, so guess it would be safe anyways.

@__runningmumma @UKRunChat I could start early and could do long runs even. But post run recovery took longer and had to reduce weekly mileage. It also feels like an old injury might flare up. I think, we should listen to our body. Higher heart rate is an indicator of ‘higher stress’.
