Please can @greateranglia explain HOW after 18 years living in #Norwich the trains to and from London are STILL this APPALLING? Packed standing and still delayed! NO direct trains at all! Whoever is in charge needs a reality check watching from their golden tower.

@MadeToHelp HOW have @madedotcom got away with being so appalling at customer service for so long! Waiting nearly a year for an order is absolutely unacceptable, even with everything that’s going on! You took my money in March but still no delivery! TERRIBLE customer service!

@AmazonHelp notified by email that our pre-order was delayed to May 19th. Tried to cancel, but wasn’t accepted, was then dispatched 2 mins later! Refused delivery today, so with courier for return. No help on website! Need confirmation of refund please!
