@nebrius @varjmes Ok. I get what you are talking about here. It seems like an edge case, but really your problem isn’t whether someone is an activist or not. Your issue is that some feminists happen to be racist, for example. So, don’t be a racist.

@nebrius Awesome. Well, I of course wish you the best with that. At some point when you're up for it I'd be interested in understanding how you measure the effectiveness of it, get some examples of how you've achieved success and better understand how that might scale.

@nebrius You can take it as advice or not. It's just my perspective. And, focusing on the good doesn't mean you don't pay attention to the bad. It's just a matter of whether you're solution focused or not. E.g. as an engineer, do you just report bugs or do you fix them.

@nebrius Yeah, I read that and it's too bad. My perspective here is, in order to be a respected leader/influencer, would you rather model your behavior (not policies) after Donald Trump or Barack Obama? I'd go with the latter.
