@DeanTTraining I went from 4 sets to 3 and even this was “difficult” to switch in my head. Then after few workouts I switched to 2 and since then I’m making PR ever single workout.

@swingingstonks @BowTiedYukon And honestly, i’ve realised i don’t have any situatuons whee i need to really be “functional”. Living in the city, walking, no manual labour, no advanced sports. I don’t see many reasons why I would need to lift free weights honestly

@swingingstonks @BowTiedYukon Yeah, agree. I think you always need to experiment yourself and chose exercises that give you the most with least risk of injury. Some combination is probably the best, but i’ve personally started to use machines more - easy to go to failure, less overall fatigue, no joint pain

@Metabolic1992 I'm more and more inclined to the idea that intensity is king, at least for more advanced guys: maximal intensity with a volume you can recover from.
