@Vitality_UK Myself and many of my colleagues can't access the Vitality GP app yet your status page says 'no problem', while apparently your support teams are aware that there is an ongoing issue. I was supposed to have an appointment this morning. Very frustrating.

Very disappointed with @SportsDirectUK and their response to a parcel turning up missing half my order. They clearly default to thinking their customers are all liars and thieves. Hopefully @tescobankhelp will have my back and actually help sort things out.
@BulbUK you sent an email telling me I was moving to the Octopus EV tarrif on April 1 so I changed my charge schedule, but my Smart meter says I've been charged peak rates for the charge. What's going on?

@vmbusinesshelp You're missing the point. If you're going to give us the option to use an online form for technical issues, why can't you route it to the correct department?? Why send a form which has the option to ask for tech support to a team who only replies saying 'we can't help you'?
@vmbusinesshelp if you're going to give your customers a 'contact us' form that has an option for tech support, why can't the people who respond provide any? Instead they send an email saying 'sorry, we're customer care, for technical support you need to call 0800 052...' 😠
@vmbusinesshelp if you try to reply to an email from the Virgin Media Business 'Customer Care' team you get this nice auto-reply. Naturally, the link to the 'updated Contact Us form' is broken. It's almost like they don't really want to help. No, wait, it's EXACTLY like that.
@vmbusinesshelp is there any way to talk to someone who knows how to properly configure 4G backup with the router in modem mode? Calling faults has been useless (no, I don't need an engineer) and Customer Care don't seem to.

@IKEAUKSupport I can't log in at all - I get 'A technical error occurred during login, please try again later.' If I try to reset my password I get 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' I've tried different browsers and computers. Nothing works.
@IKEAUKSupport Any idea when your website will be working for online orders? I've been trying for three days. I'd come to a store with a shopping list, but I can't even log into the kitchen planner to get the list :-(
