Hi @SwintonGroup, I took out breakdown cover on my insurance policy. I’m now sat broken down on hold with the number you gave me for 40 minutes. I’ve tried 01737 334 299 and 0800 015 5083. This is the worst service I have ever paid for.

@puttstarsuk I made a phone call today to book a session. I got cut off twice so called back....... these calls cost me £8.00!!!!!! Why was I not informed that this is a chargeable number?? If I get no response I will take this further. Thank you.

@grandoperayork @ajpowell13 Why have the pantomime tickets gone up by £90 from last year not including the prosecco? We have been coming for years but now you have priced us out. The kids are very upset that our annual tradition has had to come to an end. Please explain.

@BootsUK I would have my eyes on it if you would deliver my contact lenses I'm paying monthly for but you don't seem in any rush to deliver them!! Last delivery was in June. You're happy enough to take my monthly payment though!! Disgraceful!

@WHSmith @activitysstore Hi, I revived an Activity Superstore experience for my 40th. The code was invalid. Activity Superstore have said you shouldn't have sold it to us after the 24th Feb!!! Could you please advise how we get a refund. We have literally paid you for nothing!
