Also, saying English degrees are bad investment while also saying students should study other actually valuable areas on a tweet raising alarms about English faculty losing positions is disparaging.

When I was 7, my teacher told us to write an article about “world cultures” for school over the weekend. I remembered it late on Sunday so in a panic I made up something called the "Icelandic Fish Festival", figuring said teacher wouldn’t know either way.

Many people are pointing out today that the IRS already knows what most of us owe, pretty much to the dollar, and the whole rigmarole with 1040 forms is basically due to lobbying from TurboTax and the other companies that make a profit off the IRS being confusing.
