I attended the in-person @jhanatech retreat last month and had a mind-blowing experience! I accessed several jhanic states and this caused a massive update to my world model. I will write a long-form piece to summarize but in the meantime if you're curious AMA.

@chrislakin if it turns out people that spend more money get more results we’ll conclude “spend more money!” but if it’s the opposite and spending is not correlated with results we…won’t have the opposite conclusion

@BreatheLesss recently AQI was bad so I slept with the window closed and air filters running (usually window open and no air filter needed). Woke up after 4 hours with high BPM didn’t sleep for 3 more hours. Let in outside air following night and hasn’t happened again.
