@bookingcom terrible customer service! Contacted by accommodation and told they had to cancel booking and would get full refund! Advised by booking to book something else! 4 weeks later still no refund and £180 out of pocket and silence from customer service

@TK_HelpDesk I am honestly sick of this feedback form I have completed it at least 15 times in the last 3 months! The customer service is extremely poor and frustrating! If there is a template why not share it!

@TK_HelpDesk can you provide a certificate of representation template! Have sent an email then a signed letter now being asked for an official certificate yet they haven’t provided one! Over 3 months trying to resolve issue, terrible customer service

@SusannaSberg1 Favourite is waterfalls find the power way more energising, the lakes/tubs are more flaming and relaxing - but I like to end them with head immersion for an extra rush! Don’t like showers all I can think about is the cold!

@gnothisautonyvr @SusannaSberg1 Totally agree I can think of nothing but the cold in the shower whilst outside in nature in the tub, lake or waterfall I can zen out and enjoy the energy particularly the waterfalls
