@sriramk @tylercowen Excellent thread...bookmarked. Superbly useful tactics to revisit to improve my reading/interaction. Orig vision of WWW was writing, hyperlinking, interacting w/refs, debating nuances collaboratively. There are pitfalls but with practice, the WWW gets a little better EVERY hr.
Do less. To get more done. Consider the likelihood that most improvement will come as a result of what you remove rather than what you add. The only things that you should add are things like exercise or unpleasant things which will need to be done [but you prefer putting off].

Maybe. Maybe not. Actually markets are far, far more than phatic conversation, chit chat in bar or any sort of gossip or speculative banter. Markets are more than serious conversations ... with serious $ changing hands between buyers and sellers with serious skin in the game.
