@LhasaCM To keep the revenue flowing, it seems straightforward enough for DC DMV to ensure signage is clearly posted. And, even with more speed cameras we still have more traffic death every year. So let's not forget to demand *actual* road design improvement (if the goal is safety).

@wmata @Washington20009 Just a casual observer here, @wmata but wrong answer. There's a double yellow line there. Bus driver should have stopped or slowed down until they could pass safely. Oncoming traffic is an irresponsible excuse.

@freelancerjourn @AdamTuss Did either of your examples end in death, injury or destruction? If that was happening en mass you'd find sympathy. But since it's not, and car drivers are actually killing more people in DC every year, let's keep talking about solutions to actual problems.

@freelancerjourn @AdamTuss Narrow streets are safer. Drivers pay more attention to the important minutia with less room to move around. Fascinating research but you're right about streets being more narrow, and it's intentional.
