币安 bStocks 正式上线和美股历史上最大的IPO在同一周发生，bStocks 的战略意义和任何溢价平台或者CEX做代币化美股都有本质上的区别。 1/ 第一，体量和资金底盘。Binance现在3 亿多注册用户, 70%以上的资沉和全球最大的加密交易量。代币化产品技术上难度并不大，真正的难度在于两个：①获取用户，发完谁来用 ②用户能不能信任你。交易所的交易量很容易造假，但是AUM不会撒谎，你永远不会敢把大资金放在一个不值得信任的平台或者交易所。 bStocks的机制是完备的 ，每个 bStock 由对应的美国股票通过受监管的托管方 1:1 支撑,抵押情况在币安的 Proof of Collateral 页面公开可查。底层股票的分红、拆股、公司行为会通过对应机制处理。所以bStocks一旦上线，对代币化这个领域的中小玩家，是完全的降维打击。 2/ 第二，生态的链条完整度。过去2年Binance的BNBChain、Launchpad/Pool、Alpha、Wallet、DeFi、Onchain Perp已经构建了一个非常完整对的链条。Alpha+钱包+DeFi已经覆盖到了所有资产的发行——Marketing——交易——生态循环的完整链条。大量资产发行端的热钱正在Alpha里面刷分、booster里面赚收益，CEX和DEX里面交易： ▶️——新资产发行：SPCX 在 Binance Wallet 上的打新认购,短时间内超募超过 1100%。 ▶️——链上收益：理财、staking、DeFi 收益策略,都直接接进 Wallet。 ▶️——广泛类别资产交易：Alpha、链上 DEX、跨链交易,BNB Chain 上的链上生态已经形成完整基础设施。 所以股票资产通过，可以迅速切入发行、交易、流转的各个环节，bStocks消息出来后已经有非常DeFi协议宣布集成。 代币化的股票如果只能在交易所里看价格,那这个“代币化”的意义会大打折扣。让代币化真正有意义的,是它能不能在链上被自托管、能不能跟链上生态打通。其他机构做链上股票,最难的往往不是产品本身——是产品之外的那些东西没准备好。币安这边,那些东西已经全部就绪等着了。 3/ 第三，bStocks是新增量的起点。过去一年 RWA 叙事的主角是国债代币化、货币基金上链——本质上是“机构资金管理工具”的链上化。bStocks 把 RWA 从这一层,推到了“普通加密用户每天能交易、能持有、能拿去做组合的资产”这一层。这是一次性质上的变化——RWA 从国债扩展到股票。用户从机构/高净值扩展到普通加密用户。场景从单纯持有收益,扩展到交易、钱包、自托管、DeFi。竞争从“谁能发行资产”,变成“谁有入口和流动性”。 进一步衍生，可以看到一条确定性的路径：金融超级 App。Binance近两年的动作,方向是一致的——从加密现货,到衍生品,到 Earn,到 Pre-IPO 永续,到现货美股,再到 bStocks。不是在做“多一个产品”,是在把不同资产类别的访问路径,集中到一个账户体系里。 对用户来说,加密资产、公开市场股票、代币化证券——这三层东西过去要分别开三套账户、绑三套银行卡、记三套密码。现在在一个 App 里就能完成。币安给 Wallet 的口号是 Exchange the World——这个口号正在一步步落实。 @moonkimbinance @binancezh #Binance #bStocks
