@easyJet ezs8497 LGW-GVA on 06/08/2026 diverted to Lyon (announced before take off). 2 hours wait for the buses to collect from Lyon and drive to GVA where they arrived 0430 hrs on 07/08/2026. Why not organise buses from GVA before landing to avoid 2 hrs waiting at 2 am?
@easyJet Hi Sami, notified compensation under EU 261 flwg this delayed arrival has been refused. EasyJet cited it was the fault of GVA air traffic control. Can you explain how it was the fault of GVA ATC that it took 2 hrs for buses to arrive when easyJet aware of diversion b4 take-off?
