Ze komen niet overeen met feiten die objectief kunnen worden vastgesteld. De onwaarheden die hij vertelde gaan dus veel verder dan leugentjes op zijn CV. Ze tasten de betrouwbaarheid van de wetenschap aan en zijn opruiend. Met alle macht probeerden de hoogleraar en zijn werkgever Cambridge te voorkomen dat deze onwaarheden aan het licht zouden komen. Critici en journalisten kregen advocaten op zich afgestuurd en de politie deed zelfs onderzoek naar vermeende racistische stalking. In haar berichtgeving laat de NOS deze relevante feiten weg. - Taking hormones are not and have never been a requirement to being a "transwoman." All a male needs to do to be "trans" is to declare himself as such. The WNBA has absolutely no hormonal requirements in their rules. Many athletic organizations do not. Many athletic bodies like USA ultimate base the "women's" category entirely on self-id and allow players to "switch gender" between games and even between points during a single game. - Surgeries absolutely are not a requirement to be considered "trans." Less than 10% of men who call themselves "women" have any sort of genital surgery. - Changing one's name is also not any sort of requirement needed to be considered a "woman" by the rules of "inclusivity" and self ID - No male can "live as a woman." What sort of sexist nonsense would you be suggesting he do here in order to live up to your standards of how a "woman" should look and act?
