It's the stuff you can't always see in a UI, but it does exist and matter 😉) Sounds like guidance will be coming soon from CFTC and, when it does, we are in the catbird seat.

truly crazy and to your point, it really seems there is no debate with the public at all around everything the EU is doing. It seems they lock themselves in a chamber and then voila here is new regulation, laws, barriers to entry all drafted by lobbyist of legacy industries and then set into law by bureaucrats who want no discussion or debate.
