@dabeanqueenn Yeah Michigan has the highest auto insurance and registration rates in the country I believe…and my car is super heavy so that’s why the initial rate is $260, and also since I don’t pay gas tax (Tesla) they add that extra charge to make that up…but you’d think since Michigan

The MCCA fund was established to guarantee future care of catastrophically injured auto crash survivors with unlimited, lifetime care. They let the governor prematurely do a $400 refund totaling $3.08 billion was touted as proof that ANF reform was working.

We're stuck in the middle. A draconian bill passed by the majority in both the House and Senate destroyed our care network. There's plenty of finger pointing and no one is fixing anything!

Another hidden cost of Michigan's No Fault system is the strain it puts on our judicial system. The fact that automobile accident cases can be half or more of a circuit court's civil caseload creates incredible expenses paid for by both taxpayers and insurance customers.
@LawReforming The purpose of no-fault was to unclog the court system. Unfortunately, insurance companies have become ruthless and have zero problems spending millions of dollars to defend and protect their stakeholders.
For those who don't understand what "No-Fault Insurance" means...
