The Secretary of State then purchased the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system, a BMD system, "Ballot Marking Device," and here we are today. But the U.S. District Court has already found that it does not meet Georgia law, but were still used anyway, even though other states and counties, like in Texas, denied Dominion machines because of their excessive vulnerabilities and lack of security. Why and how did CISA, DHS, and the EAC, ever clear these machines for use in our elections?
