When to start marketing an app on social media? Before or after launch?
@guillemcraft I spent a few weeks warmingup, following people, liking posts now, though without commenting, and my first video got 800 views in two days, but no engagement. Hope it helps!

Something I didn't expect when building a startup with a full-time job: - The limited hours force clarity. - No time to overthink.
Turns out watching TikTok reels and making them are completely different skills. Adding "content creator" to the list of things to figure out.
The hardest part of building isn't the product. It's this: you can build something useful and still have nobody find it. Working on that this week.
Asked our first beta users what they actually needed from Livra. Expected: cashflow tracking, financial reports. Reality: 'just tell me before my tenant's contract expires.' The simplest problems are always the most overlooked.
The app is built. The problem is nobody knows it exists. That's the job this week.
