As of 6:17 PM, Apr 2, 2025 — all air quality sensors across Kathmandu Valley are in the ‘Unhealthy’ to ‘Very Unhealthy’ range. An average AQI of 193 blankets the city. This isn’t normal. This is an air emergency. Time to declare a crisis — and ACT.
